Marah Blaurock recently presented her current research at the 2nd Marketing Postdoc Conference in Cologne. The event took place at the Thyssen Krupp Stiftung für Forschungsförderung and was organized by Philip Pollmann-Fervers and Lars Kaiser from the University of Cologne.
In her presentation, Marah Blaurock shared insights from her ongoing work on the role of AI communication style in human–AI collaboration. By combining experimental and observational approaches, the project contributes to a deeper understanding of how AI systems can be designed to foster effective and responsible collaboration between humans and intelligent technologies.
The conference brought together postdoctoral researchers from across the DACH region and provided a focused platform for discussing cutting-edge research in marketing and related fields. In addition to stimulating academic exchange, the event offered participants the opportunity to reconnect with peers, establish new collaborations, and receive constructive feedback on their work.
The setting at the Thyssen Krupp Stiftung für Wirtschaftsforschung and the thoughtful organization by the hosts created a productive and collegial atmosphere. The conference once again demonstrated its value as a forum for high-level scholarly dialogue and professional networking among early-career researchers.
