KU Welcome Crew – Students welcoming students

The KU Welcome Crew is a network of dedicated KU students who help international students settle in and feel at home in Eichstätt and Ingolstadt.

As a member of the Welcome Crew, you support new international classmates in navigating student life at KU and everyday life in Germany – by joining social activities, offering small bits of assistance, or simply being there for questions and friendly chats.

For international students, the Welcome Crew is a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and experience campus life from a new perspective.

The program is coordinated by the International Office, which also organizes regular meet-ups and events for all members.
