M. Sc. Jula Nobbe

Jula Nobbe earned a bachelor’s degree in Gender & Diversity from Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve and a master’s degree in Business Psychology from Westküste University of Applied Sciences in Heide. During her studies, she focused in particular on gender-related inequalities, social power dynamics, and economic inequalities.

In her bachelor’s thesis, she examined the gender-specific construction and evaluation of behavior, as well as historical and societal attributions and their influence on stigmatization processes.

In her master’s thesis, she used qualitative analyses of interviews with female experts to investigate the causes of financial inequality, particularly with regard to the gender wealth gap, financial literacy, and structural barriers, as well as their significance for economic dependencies.

Since May 2026, she has been working as a research assistant at the ZFG, supporting research projects by collecting, processing, and analyzing empirical data.
