We provide you with comprehensive information, advice and support for all general, interdisciplinary questions about and problems in connection with your course of studies, for example:

• Study plan development and study organization
• Changing degree programs or subjects
• Studying two programs simultaneously

Possibilities for advice

Depending on the scope and complexity of your issue, we offer different forms of advice:

By telephone, e-mail, video conference or in a personal appointment

For simple questions, please give us a call or send us an e-mail. When sending e-mails, please state your name, the degree program and subjects you are studying and the number of your current semester. If you have a more complex issue that you would like to discuss, we recommend arranging a personal appointment either by video chat, during our drop-in sessions or making an individual appointment beforehand.
