Certificates and confirmations

You can download your certificates and confirmations at studienservice.ku.de during your studies and up to four months after your de-registration.

De-registration certificate

Your responsible administrator will issue your de-registration certificate.

Pension insurance certificate

You will receive your pension insurance certificate automatically when you de-register or upon request from your responsible administrator.
Please state your first name, any other names, last name, former name, date of birth, and period of study.
