For any IT-related support inquiries, please contact the KU.ServiceDesk-IT.

You can reach us in one of the following ways:

  • In person: Visit the KU.ServiceDesk-IT in Eichstätt or Ingolstadt. We’ll do our best to solve your issue on the spot.
  • By phone: Call us at 08421 93 21010. The hotline is staffed reliably, regardless of holidays, illness, or other duties.
  • Online: Submit your request any time via our support form by clicking "Create Ticket" below. Your issue will be added to our ticket system.
  • Alternatively, email us at it-support@ku.de 

 

Phishing e-mails: If you receive a phishing or suspicious e-mail, please forward it as an attachment in a new e-mail (see instructions below: "Sending an E-mail as an Attachment"). Also let us know if you clicked on a link or entered any data.

We aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and will contact you if we need more information or to provide a solution.

Opening Hours

KU.ServiceDesk-IT Eichstätt:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 a. m. to 6 p. m. (08:00-18:00)

KU.ServiceDesk-IT Ingolstadt

  • Monday to Thursday: 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. (08:00-17:00)
  • Friday: 8 a. m. to 2 p. m. (08:00-14:00)
