Bachelor's degree program in Nursing Science (part-time for working professionals)

Study program and study structure

The Bachelor's degree course in Nursing Science is a part-time course that working professionals can complete alongside their occupation. The study program is aimed at members of professional groups who have obtained permission to use the professional titles of healthcare and nursing, healthcare and paediatric nursing, geriatric nursing and nursing specialist through successfully completed state recognition. Through the course, practicing nurses acquire the methodological foundations to put nursing actions and decisions in all fields of direct patient care (outpatient, inpatient and day-care) on a scientific basis. The courses are held in block form. From the third semester onwards, the proportion of online courses increases. The workload does not exceed 20 credit points (ECTS) per semester.

Cycle offered: Starts annually in the winter semester
