Course content: In this course, you will learn everything about the basics of marketing: from consumer psychology to market research and market strategies. In particular, the course presents the four dimensions of the marketing mix. These are the so-called “4Ps,” i.e., the digitization of product, price, communication, and sales management (product, price, promotion, place).
Course format: The course consists of lectures and exciting, practical guest lectures from companies. The examination in this course consists of a written exam (100%). The course is offered in collaboration with the Chair of Service Management (DLM).
