Decision Science

The course provides in-depth knowledge of business decision theory and enables students to analyze differentiated decision-making situations. The course places particular emphasis on the value of information and promotes analytical thinking.

Management Control Systems (lecture)

The course provides a comprehensive overview of behavior management in various companies and an awareness of management and control systems. After completing the module, students will be able to plan and implement systems for strategic alignment. The module is characterized by case studies and discussion.

Seminar: Business Ethics, Corporate Governance & Management Accounting 

As part of the seminar, students work on a variety of topics from the fields of business ethics, corporate governance and controlling, which allows them to deepen their knowledge of academic work. In addition to the written elaboration of the work results, a presentation is also part of the course.
