Bachelor's program:
As part of the Bachelor's program, the chair offers the sub-module “Commercial Law” (module “Private Law II”). 

Master's program:
As part of the Master's program, the chair offers the modules “Bilanzrecht” (Accounting Law), “Kapitalgesellschaftsrecht, Konzernrecht, europäisches und internationales Gesellschaftsrecht” (Corporate Law, Group Law, European and International Corporate Law), “Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht” (European Business Law), as well as the seminar “Europäisches und internationales Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht” (European and International Commercial and Business Law).
