If you have any questions or matters concerning personnel issues and HR management, we are happy to help. In particular, we provide advice and support for all personnel matters reaching from advertising vacancies over allocating teaching assignments or concluding contracts for work and services or fee agreements to termination of an employment relationship at the KU. Our services include support in connection with legal matters in employment law or public service law, as well as central HR development for all employees including offers of the University Teaching Methodology department. We are also responsible for administrative tasks in connection with business and professional development trips and support the Presidium in the appointment process of professors.
