Module Content
  • The basic concepts will be illustrated with slides
  • Quantitative models and methods will be presented and with examples and exercises illustrated. The exercises will also be used to demonstrate practical applications in Service Management, e.g., in airline industries, retail or the service sector.
  • This course content provides the foundation for a critical examination from a theoretical and practical perspective using papers and system-based case studies.
