Minor Business Administration

Business administration can be chosen as a minor subject within numerous courses at the Catholic University of Eichstätt. The selection and scope of the courses depend on the study or examination regulations of the respective main course. The examination and performance records to be provided are also determined by the applicable examination regulations for the main course.

The range of events on the one hand includes courses that are specifically designed for the minor subject. The imparting of basic knowledge takes place regularly in the four-hour lectures General Business Administration I and II, which are offered in a cycle in the winter and summer semesters. The lectures are supplemented by two-hour exercises that serve to apply and deepen the subject matter. These four courses are compulsory for all degree courses in basic and advanced studies.

A lecture and an accompanying exercise in corporate accounting are offered regularly in the winter semester. They are mandatory for some of the courses in the basic course, all other courses can choose accounting as an event in the course of the main course.

In addition, other courses can be chosen from the entire range of courses at the Ingolstadt Faculty of Economics according to individual interests. The overall curriculum to be completed as a minor subject depends on the study or examination regulations that apply to the respective major.
