2026 German Tax Advisors’ Congress

At the invitation of the Munich Chamber of Tax Advisors, a group of WFI students and doctoral candidates once again attended the German Tax Advisors’ Congress in Berlin this year.

The diverse program offered exciting insights into current developments in German and international tax law. A particular highlight was the panel discussion “The Law Firm of Tomorrow,” in which tax advisors discussed best-practice approaches for the successful digital transformation of tax firms.

Another focus was on the use of artificial intelligence in tax consulting. The talk “Between Paragraph and Prompt: AI in Tax Law” vividly demonstrated how AI is transforming business models and which practical application scenarios already exist today—from automated processes to intelligent assistance systems.

Many thanks to the Munich Chamber of Tax Advisors for the invitation!
