As part of the ‘Corporate Tax Law’ course, we are delighted to welcome Mr Andreas Wildgruber (tax advisor, senior manager) and Mr Nikolai Kupfer (tax advisor, manager) from GRÄFE Tax & Legal GmbH in Munich as guest lecturers again this semester for a guest lecture on Monday, 26 January 2026.
The lecture will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in room NB-101 on the topic of ‘The stumbling blocks of business restructuring’.
