This year, the KU Research Institute for Taxation's hiking trip to the Riederstein near Lake Tegernsee took place in perfect weather. After a somewhat steeper start to the hike, the wooden steps in the forest led us up to our first stop - the summit chapel of the Riederstein. After a short rest, we continued uphill towards Baumgartenschneid. Once here, we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Tegernsee. On our way back, we followed the Auerweg trail past the Riedersteinhaus back to Lake Tegernsee, where we ended the day in comfort right by the lake.
