On Monday, 29.06. from 10.15 to 11.45 a.m. Dr. Richard Schmidtke (Partner Tranfer Pricing at Deloitte GmbH) hold a guest lecture within the framwork of our course 'Multinational firms and their Taxation'. In recent years, companies have already had to make major changes regarding the determiniation of tranfer prices for their tax purposes. The background to this was the OECD's Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project, which takes action against profit shifting to low-tax countries. No sooner had these adjustments been made, the Covid 19 crisis is now bringing another major change to companies.
