General Requirements for this call
Who Can Apply?
Individual researchers (PhD and Master's level) or groups are eligible to lead projects. Research teams can include community partners, graduate researchers, or graduate and undergraduate students under the guidance of a professor or researcher. We welcome both new and ongoing SL projects, provided they have not been published.
What is the Timeline?
- Call for Papers: We are accepting submissions from July 1st until September 30th, 2023. Please send your application forms and supporting documents by 24:00 (CET) on September 30th, 2023, by completing the form in English.
- Paper Review: The jury, whose composition will be announced at a later date, will review the received papers from October 1st, 2023, until November 15th, 2023.
- Final Decision Announcement: by November 30th, 2023.
- Implementation of the research project should occur between December 1st, 2023, and May 31st, 2024.
- Final Report Deadline: June 30th, 2024.
What is the Budget?
Uniservitate will allocate a sum of €10,000 for all applications within our region. We expect each application not to exceed €2,000. If your research requires a larger amount of funding, please provide a detailed justification in the application form.
