We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd edition of ISM International Staff Week, taking place on 20-24 April 2026 at ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania.
This year’s programme is designed for professionals working in international studies and relations offices.
Our goal is to strengthen global partnerships while offering participants new tools and inspiration for both professional and personal growth.
Programme Highlights:
- Sharing Practices & Challenges
Participants will be invited to present or propose discussion topics related to international office work. We’ll select around 2-3 contributions to feature during the week – a space to exchange best practices, lessons learned, and creative solutions. - Transcultural Competence Training
Led by ISM’s expert in intercultural communication and magic-driven storyteller Dr. Tobias Grünfelder, this workshop will take us on a journey that starts with emotion and connection, explores what unites us across borders, and applies these insights to higher education collaboration. - Personal Branding for International Officers
In another set of interactive sessions, participants will explore how to build an authentic personal brand that amplifies the visibility and impact of their international departments and their own professional presence. Sessions will be delivered by Dr. Dominyka Venciūtė, professor and director of marketing programmes at ISM and personal branding expert.
