Short Biography

Alina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from Ulm University and a Master's degree in Business & Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU), graduating as the top student of the Faculty of Business Administration (WFI). During her Master's studies, she completed a semester abroad at Toulouse Business School in Barcelona with a specialization in Sustainable Business.

She currently works as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Accenture, where she leads AI enablement initiatives at client companies and within the firm. Her academic focus complements her professional experience and lies at the intersection of psychology and innovation. Her scholarly contributions examine generative AI, its implications for organizations, and the communication of scientific insights.

Alongside her professional and academic activities, she actively contributes to the WFI community as a member of the WFI Advisory Board and as a guest lecturer. She is also a member of BayFiD, a talent program by the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys studying new topics, trying out new sports, and video editing.

Research Interests: Science Communication, Framing Innovation, Emerging Technologies 

Research Methods: Methodologically she primarily draws on quantitative and mixed methods approaches
