Deadlines

Winter semester and academic year: nomination by May 15, student application deadline 01 June

Summer semester:  nomination by November 15, student application deadline 01 December

Nomination

Partner universities can nominate their outgoing students within the above-mentioned deadlines by e-mail to incoming(at)ku.de. After receiving the nomination, students will receive our application guide.

Freemovers should please contact us via incoming(at)ku.de within the nomination deadlines mentioned above.

Application

All exchange students as well as free movers will receive a link to KU International Guide, the online information portal for international students, after nomination. After registration and activation, students there will receive instructions on the application process, which is also online and paperless.
