Mathematical Institute for Machine Learning and Data Science
About the institute
In the spring of 2022, the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt opened its new Institute for Machine Learning and Data Science in Ingolstadt.
At MIDS, data science algorithms are developed and the mathematical foundations of machine learning are researched. These are key to further advancing the effectiveness and efficiency of artificial intelligence in the future.
The institute has established the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in Data Science at KU and supports these as well as other degree programs with its academic staff.
