Sports card (Laufkarte)
All sports students (didactics of physical education and basic qualification in sports) require a sports card (Laufkarte Sport).

The Sports Center of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt is responsible for the theoretical and practical training in the elective subject of sports within the framework of the
♦ Teaching methodology (didactics) for Elementary School Teachers
(general information from the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Culture on studying to become an elementary school teacher and on LPO I),
♦ Teaching methodology (didactics) of Elementary School Sports
(specific information from the Sports Center of the KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt on the study regulations and the study plan),
and
♦ Teaching methodology (didactics) of a Subject Group for Teaching at secondary schools (Mittelschule)
(general information from the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Culture on studying to become a teacher at Mittelschule (secondary schools) and on LPO I),
♦ Teaching methodology Didactics of Physical Education for secondary school Mittelschule
(specific information from the Sports Center of the KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt on study regulations and the course schedule).
In addition, the Sports Center supervises and coordinates
♦ the elective subject Physical Education as part of the “Diploma Program in Social Work,” sub-area Physical Education, Music Education, and Creative Design
