Tunnelblick for macOS
1. Installation
Please download the OpenVPN client Tunnelblick and start the installation process by opening the downloaded file. Now double-click on the Tunnelblick icon in the window that opens.

Confirm that you really want to open the file you downloaded from the Internet by clicking "Open".
In the following window, enter your user name and password and then click "OK".
By clicking "Exit" the software is now installed, but before you can use the program, you must download and import the configuration file.
2. Importing configuration file
Please download the current configuration file (*.ovpn) that is available on the VPN overview page.
Important note: Please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome; do not use the Safari browser.
Please open the downloaded file by double-clicking.
Click either "All Users" or "Only for this User" in the following window.
Now, please enter your user name and password (of your Mac) in the next window and then click "OK".
The connection is now established and ready to use.
3. Subscribe
Click on the Tunnelblick icon (alternatively you can click on the Tunnelblick icon in the status bar) and select "Connect".
You will then be asked to authenticate with your Computer Center user ID.
After the connection was successfully established, the font color will turn green.
Now you are successfully connected to the KU network.
