Official proof of performance is required for a credit transfer request. As a rule, these are in particular
- Transcripts of Records from universities,
- Confirmations from the Bavarian Virtual University (VHB),
- Certificates,
- Certificates or excerpts from study books from older, non-modularized degree programs.
Comprehensible descriptions of the skills to be credited are required, which either emerge directly from the official transcripts of records or clearly refer to them. This means that generally, additional documents that provide information about the type and content of the courses attended or the other contexts in which the skills were acquired, or about the modules completed must be attached to the request. Such documents are, for example:
- Module descriptions (especially descriptions of skills),
- Degree program descriptions,
- Excerpts from a course catalog.
If necessary, the individual study and examination achievements or skills for which a credit transfer request was submitted must be marked or indicated appropriately in the attached transcripts of records so that they can be clearly assigned to the relevant components of the request.
For documents in foreign languages, please attach a translation. The board of examiners is entitled to request a certified translation.
The documents are uploaded to the online credit transfer portal in PDF format. However, the board of examiners is entitled to request the originals of the transcripts or certificates for verification.
The person submitting the credit transfer request is responsible for providing the required proof.
