Data protection in the online credit transfer portal

The KU's online credit transfer portal meets all legal and church law standards and norms for the protection of your personal data.

The personal data required to process your electronic credit transfer request will also be processed electronically. Such data in particular include:

- Last name, first name
- Student ID number
- E-mail address (KU only)
- Personal ID from KU.Campus
- KU ID number
- Process and module data from the credit transfer procedure, in particular

› degree program studied
› modules completed and other creditable achievements
› place and university (or other institution) where the achievement was completed
› period of performance of external achievements
› uploaded certificates
› assessments and individual grades earned
› creditable assessments and individual grades, ECTS credits earned
› creditable ECTS credits
› internal system reference number (processing ID).
