Network and Cooperations

Originally started as an endowed chair and budgeted after a few years, we feel a special connection to regional actors from business, politics and civil society. Regular exchange and established cooperative relationships are an important source for research projects, teaching events and conferences. Against this background, both scientific and practical approaches to the development of research questions are important to us.

The following selection of cooperative relationships has accompanied us in a special way over the last few years and is representative of our numerous collaborations:

For example, in 2011, the chair participated in a study on the value creation competence of the region, which was commissioned by IRMA. In spring 2019, a conference on the topic "Crises as an opportunity?" was organized in cooperation with IRMA. In summer 2019, a multi-month project commissioned by IRMA started to discuss and co-develop indicators and measures of regional resilience.
