Your way into our team: PhD opportunities at our chair

You...

... have graduated or are about to graduate with an outstanding degree in business or social sciences? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can deepen and expand your theoretical and practical knowledge?

If you are also a good team player, highly resilient and flexible, have a very good command of English and, above all, are interested in one of our areas of expertise, then we should get to know each other.

We...

... offer you the opportunity to work at our chair: a young, motivated and relaxed environment. According to the orientation of our chair and its anchoring in practice and theory, you have the choice between a

  • Internal Chair position:
You will focus on supporting our local chair team in research, teaching and general chair activities, or work on faculty-wide tasks such as managing the area of continuing education or faculty management. In addition to these activities, you will also be involved in the realization of smaller projects.

  • Project Position:
You will work primarily on a long-term research project in the field. You will also be involved to a lesser extent in teaching and other faculty activities.

With both options, you will generally have the opportunity to complete your Ph.D. within three years. In addition to participating in the faculty-wide doctoral and habilitation program, you will also be involved in our internal doctoral and research seminars.
