Human Resource Management

Through human resource management, we understand all tasks that aim to provide the company with an endowment of human resources with which the organisational requirements and thus also the demands of the market can be efficiently met. This includes, for example, the acquisition and dispensation (i.e. release), the motivation and development measures, as well as the placement (i.e. career planning) of human resources. Furthermore, it is a key task to determine the current allocation of human resources, i.e. the individual and collective performance of human resources, and to compare it with current and projected organisational requirements.
