Application

Participation in this programme requires the successful completion of a selection interview (via Zoom) in addition to the application for a Master's degree programme. Admission to the Consulting Badge is not automatically granted with admission to a Master's programme.

It is also desirable that applicants have already gained initial insights into the consulting field prior to applying for the Consulting Badge, for example through an internship, a working student position, involvement in a student consulting organization, or similar experiences.

Registration for the selection interview can take place at the same time as or before the Master's application. The selection interview is conducted together with a practice partner. However, the decision on admission to the Consulting Badge programme is made by the professors present.

Register for the selection interview by sending a short e-mail to: johannes.kellner@ku.de.

Please add your CV or link to your LinkedIn Profile to the e-mail.

Your engagement as a partner company

The Consulting Badge thrives on close collaboration with leading consultancies and partner companies. As a partner, you benefit from direct access to selected talent, identified and developed jointly with top consulting firms. The curriculum is practice-oriented and can be tailored to your company’s specific requirements. You also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the program’s ongoing development.

Your involvement can take many forms: present your company and build direct connections with future graduates; create your own formats and award micro-credentials; deliver engaging guest lectures as part of the lecture series; or help shape the direction of the Consulting Badge as a member of the advisory board.
