Quality Management in Studies and Teaching

This division coordinates quality assurance and development in studies and teaching at the KU. It is the contact for the faculties regarding questions of module and course development and is responsible for carrying out system accreditation.

University-wide evaluation measures are performed as part of the quality management system. Simultaneously, we also accompany program accreditation procedures of individual study programs as well as the on-site inspections in program accreditation procedures and the external assessments as part of the internal quality management.

Quality Management at the KU

The KU's understanding of quality in studies and teaching can be derived from the Mission Statement for Studies and Teaching.

The legal anchoring for quality assurance in studies and teaching, as well as the implementation of internal university accreditation procedures, is the General Evaluation Regulations of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (AllEvaKU).
