Study Organization
The task of the service department for Study Organization is to create ideal conditions for students.
Our staff provides support throughout the entire process, from the development of degree programs, over the decision, application and enrollment for the program, the course of study, the planning and management of examinations, to the completion of studies and entry into professional life.
The department is the first point of contact for students as well as teaching staff and the administration.

Department IV/5 - Student Services Campus Ingolstadt
The Student Services Campus Ingolstadt comprises the tasks of the Student Office and the Examinations Office for students at the Ingolstadt Campus.
The Student Office is your local contact for all questions regarding application, enrollment and de-registration for the business and economics programs.
The Examinations Office is responsible for the administration of all examinations for students and examiners as well as for the processing of certificates for the business and economics degree programs.

During office hours, employees can always be reached by telephone. Please note that staff members can only be reached by telephone to a limited extent during agreed appointments and open consultation hours; there may be further restrictions for part-time staff.
Opening hours Student Advisory Service and Career Counseling
The student advisory service assigns appointments on-site, by phone, or via Zoom (please specify) by appointment via e-mail to studierendenberatung(at)ku.de.
From June 6, 2023, the consultation hour will again take place in presence on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. without registration!
