Upcycling-SDG-Memory
This is not a traditional memory game with matching pairs, but rather features the titles of the Sustainable Development Goals, each accompanied by a brief explanation. For an easier version, the pairs can also be matched while face-up.
Glass lids were reused as “cards” for the memory game.
A printed answer key is included.
“Future Boxes” on the topics of cities, food, energy, work, and health.
Futurium’s educational materials invite students to explore the future in a playful way. The materials are based on methods from futures studies, education for sustainable development, and design thinking. They help students see the future as an opportunity that they can actively shape in a conscious and self-determined way.
Educational Materials: “Growth at Last”
Are you looking for interactive, creative, and inquiry-based ESD educational materials for the forest? Our Forest Kit was developed by students as part of a service-learning project specifically for the KU Teaching Practice and Research Forest and offers 10 exciting stations covering the three topics of soil, sustainable tree species, and visions for the forest.
The educational units in the kit are aimed at teenagers and adults in an extracurricular setting. The goal is to impart knowledge about the forest in a playful way and to strengthen ESD skills. The kit can be used by both individuals and groups, for example, as part of community action and education days in the forest.
The Forest Kit can be borrowed from the Green-Office (Marktplatz 18, 85072 Eichstätt). In addition, all materials are available for download here.
