  • The course covers decision-oriented aspects of SCM and discusses basic concepts, models, and methods of supply chain planning in retail.
  • Core is to get familiar with current industry problems and trends in the SCM practice in the context of consumer goods industry and retailing. The course contents are taught by a combination of lectures and case studies
