Letters of Reference

We are happy to support applications for scholarships, semesters abroad, etc. by writing letters of reference. If you need a letter of reference please arrange a meeting with Prof. Koch during his consultation hour. Please contact him at least three weeks before the deadline of your letter of reference.

The required documents comprise the following:

Your curriculum vitae
Your transcript of records
A record rank of your year (please ask Mrs. Yang)
Information on the purpose for which you need the letter of reference and the deadline
Further information on whether you need the letter of reference in German or in English (not both!)
A covering letter for the program you are applying for
The address to which we should send the letter of reference
