The KU held a graduation ceremony for 154 prospective teachers who successfully passed their State Exams. During the ceremony, the focus was also on the role of teachers in the age of AI.
From business & economics and teacher training to psychology, theology, and music, all the way to interdisciplinary programs – the KU’s range of degree programs from A to Z.
Students from 24 countries attend KU Summer School
The traditional Summer School was held at the KU again this summer. In addition to German language courses, the three-week program also offered insights into the regional studies and culture of Germany and Bavaria.
There are awards that do not lose in significance even when they are awarded repeatedly: For the KU, this is particularly true for title of "Most Popular University in Germany", which it was once again awarded in the latest ranking by the online portal Studycheck. After 2021, 2022 and 2024, this is the fourth time that the KU has taken the top spot.
How can weather and climate models be calculated more quickly without compromising their accuracy? Dr. Mansi Singh at the KU is addressing this question. The mathematician is developing methods to analyze complex processes in the ocean and atmosphere more efficiently. For this work, she was awarded the “For Women in Science” prize this week.
