How to Apply

The 2022 thematic Summer School at the WFI Ingolstadt School of Management on “Firms in Society,” from July 18 to July 29, 2022, is designed for outstanding Master’s students (or advanced Bachelors) in the field of business administration and economics. Participation requires a (nearly) successfully completed Bachelor’s degree with very good grades and a clear focus on business administration and economics. All of the Summer School courses are offered in English, so very good English skills are considered essential.

The selection process for the Summer School at the WFI Ingolstadt School of Management – the Business Administration Faculty at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt – is part of the application process. In order to consider more than just academic performance, applicants are asked to submit a brief cover letter explaining their motivation for applying. In addition, personal commitment, foreign and practical experience will be taken into account. After reviewing all of the received application materials in Mobility Online, the most qualified applicants will be admitted to the Summer School. The following materials must be uploaded:

• CV
• Transcript of records
• Letter of motivation
• Academic reference
• Language proficiency confirmation English (min. B2)
• Passport photo

Different deadlines for the online application apply:

• Early-bird deadline: 15.02.2022
• If a visa is required: 31.03.2022
• If no visa is required: 20.05.2022

The many challenges presented by the pandemic mean that extended wait times in the visa issuing   process have to be expected. The earlier application deadline is intended to give applicants more time to apply.

COVID-19 Note: Currently, the 2-G (vaccinated or recovered) applies on campus. Therfore, we advise you to check your vaccination status.
