About the Blog

The "Gift & the Common Good" Blog serves as a dynamic platform to discuss The Gift & the Common Good. It was iniciated by our same-named conference in Meißen, Germany, in 2019, and its proceedings will provide the framework for the first blog posts. All speakers of the conference are cordially invited to participate, but external interest and participation in the blog is also very welcome.

This project is organized by Prof. Dr. Walter Schweidler, with the generous support of the Hermann and Marianne Straniak Foundation.

Participation

If you would like to participate in our blog, please send your submission to giftandcommongood(at)ku.de. We will review the submissions and place them online for you.

The maximum extent of contributions to the blog is 750 words / 4500 characters. Footnotes, tables or any other special formatting requirements are not possible. If pictures are to be uploaded, the relevant copyright permissions must be provided. The language of the blog is English or German; regarding other cases, please contact us.
