An eventful semester lies behind us. In the first half of our course the students took on the role of teachers and conducted interactive sessions on key topics in service management. In the second half the students could directly apply this new knowledge in a hotel simulation game.
On Friday, July 11 we came together for our ‚shareholder meetings‘ where student teams presented posters hightlighting their hotels‘ strategies, successes and ley learnings from the simulation. We then celebrated their achievements with an award ceremony for the winning teams and concluded the semester with a pizza party in the Obstgarten.
We want to thank the WFI-Alumni Network IN-Kontakt e.V. for their financial support. Without it we would not be able to play the simulation game and offer this great learning experience to our students.
Finally, we would like to thank all of the students for their great engagement and interesting discussions theoughout the course.
