The Service Management Master Course Visits Maritim Hotel Ingolstadt

This week, the students of our Master’s course Service Management had the opportunity to visit the Maritim Hotel in Ingolstadt.

During the visit, the students of the course gained a rich and valuable experience as the general manager, Jan Lohrmann, gave a facility tour, followed by a presentation about the day-to-day operations and the challenges involved in opening the Ingolstadt branch. Several topics explained throughout the course were clearly illustrated during the speech, including the value profit chain, customer experience, and service recovery, among others.
