Sustainability on campus

Sustainability, as a guiding principle and concept, has not only found its way into the teaching practice and research at universities but also serves as a key basis for campus development. With a general focus on university infrastructure, sustainable development initiatives are being implemented in areas as diverse as construction and renovation projects, green space management, and biodiversity on campus, as well as addressing the challenges of achieving the most sustainable mobility concepts possible. Additionally, our University strives for the careful use of resources and the fairest possible procurement practices for its operations.
