An academic reference is an official assessment by a faculty member that describes a student's academic performance and abilities. It serves as an important reference for the application to the worldwide program.
Students who wish to apply for the worldwide program should request an academic reference early. Ideally, the request should be made to a full-time lecturer at the KU by the end of the previous summer semester at the latest. In certain cases, e.g. Master students who have just started their studies at the KU, the reference may be written by a full-time faculty member of another university.
The review must be sent directly to the International Office by November 15 of the respective year.
