To register for an advisory interview for professionally qualified individuals, please use the registration form for an advisory interview.
Please send us your registration for an advisory interview and all required documents by mail. Please proceed as follows:
In order to schedule an appointment for the advisory interview, the KU academic advisory service responsible for the degree program you have applied for will contact you after the Student Office has reviewed the formal requirements.
After completing the advisory interview, you will receive a certificate confirming your eligibility for general or subject-specific university admission. This certificate includes the date on which university admission was granted (the date of the advisory interview) and your average grade.
This certificate serves as proof of university admission for enrollment as a professionally qualified applicant and must always be submitted along with proof of professional qualifications when applying for degree programs with admission restrictions or enrolling in degree programs without admission restrictions.
For professionally qualified applicants, the general rules for applying to degree programs with limited admission or degree programs requiring an aptitude test, or for enrollment in degree programs without admission restrictions, apply following the successful completion of the advisory interview. The vocational qualification certificate generally serves as evidence of eligibility for university admission (see required documents, depending on whether general university admission or subject-specific university admission applies), together with the certificate confirming completion of the advisory interview.
Deadline for registration for an advisory interview for professionally qualified individuals
Registration deadline for an advisory interview for professionally qualified applicants: July 15 of each year for degree programs with limited admission, and September 1 of each year for degree programs without admission restrictions (final deadlines).
