Contact our Study Organization Office and advisory offers for students

At the KU, there is a designated point of contact for every issue related to your studies. Academic questions about your degree program can be addressed by the subject advisor for your field of study. If you’re struggling with doubts about your studies, exam anxiety, stress, or the possibility of dropping out, the Student Advisory Service will provide you with personalized and confidential advice. They can also advise you on the career paths your degree program opens up, as well as on pursuing a doctoral degree and on adjustments to compensate for disabilities/impairments. For mental health issues, social distress, and questions about financing your studies, specialized services both within and outside the KU are available to help you.

Your issue resolved quickly

You can resolve many of your questions on your own straight away: The KUala bot answers questions about applications, your studies, and exams, and you can download your certificates yourself at any time from the Student Services portal. For anything else, please contact us using the contact form on the Study Organization website. It will forward your inquiry directly to the appropriate department, including the Student Advisory Service.
