The Student Advisory Service is here to support you if your studies hit a snag or if you’re facing an important decision. We offer confidential, non-judgmental advice—for example, if you’re having doubts about your studies, experiencing exam anxiety or stress, considering a change in subject or degree program, or if you’re at risk of dropping out. Together, we’ll assess your situation and develop next steps that are right for you.
The KUala bot will answer simple questions right away. Please submit written inquiries via the contact form - your request will be forwarded to our team. For an initial consultation without registration, please come to our walk-in office hours. To schedule a detailed one-on-one consultation in person, by phone, or via Zoom, please use the contact form.
