The program structure advisory service is here to help you if you have specific questions regarding your individual program structure. It is available to all KU students.

Common inquiries/problems

• Doubts about your degree program or your choice of subjects
• A potential change of subject or degree program; for teacher education students, this may also include adding a second subject
• The risk of dropping out and questions about how to move forward
• Pressure to perform, learning and motivation issues, test anxiety
• Time management and self-management
• Personal or social stressors that are affecting your studies

How our advice works

1. First, try to find information on your own: The KUala bot and our “Helping students help themselves” section answer many questions right away.
2. Write to us: Your inquiry will reach the Student Advisory Service directly via the contact form.
3. Stop by: During open office hours, you can clarify minor questions without registration or have an initial consultation.
4. Have an in-depth conversation: You can schedule an individual consultation in person or via Zoom using the contact form.
