Recording and identification in the ToR

The recognized achievements are specifically marked in the Transcript of Records. The way of recording these achievements is handled differently within the KU depending on the degree program. In university degree programs, for example, it is customary to mark such achievements with an asterisk. One asterisk indicates the recognition of a module completed at the KU, two asterisks the recognition of a course or examination completed at another university.

Modules to which credits have been transferred are recorded in the campus management system KU.Campus as successfully completed with the full number of ECTS credits for the target module. The crediting of ECTS credits generally leads to the student being allocated to a higher semester of study. The assessment of the achievement is transferred, if applicable adapted to the KU grading scale or converted.

After your request has been approved, you will only be able to repeat the module if it can expressly be chosen multiple times (Mehrfachwahl) or grade improvement is expressly permitted for the module in accordance with the examination regulations that apply to you. g ist.
