Prof. Dr. Benjamin Morisse

Prof. Dr. Benjamin Morisse has been active in higher education in the field of business since 1998. He has been a visiting professor at our chair since 2006. Benjamin Morisse holds a doctorate in economics as 'Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches '. He specialises in franchising management and in particular in the implementation of brand standards at the branch level. Benjamin Morisse is active as a volunteer in various mandates, as an expert in the accreditation body of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles and as a member of the Board of Directors of the NOVACHILD cluster and several committees.

Prof. Dr. Robert Taylor

Prof. Dr. Robert Taylor received his doctorate in social/work psychology from Louisiana State University in 1979. After teaching at the University of West Florida and a brief stay at LSU, Prof. Dr. Robert Taylor moved to Memphis (TN) in 1983, where he taught at the Management Department of the University of Memphis for 36 years. He has also taught in the Executive MBA programme at the University of Arkansas / Little Rock and has taught "Organizational Behavior" in the summer semester at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management in Germany for 20 years. Prof. Taylor has published extensively, including a management textbook published in 1987. He also received the prestigious University of Memphis "Distinguished Teaching Award" and has contributed his expertise to nearly 100 corporate training programmes in Memphis, as well as in the US and Canada, primarily in the areas of leadership and team development. Prof. Dr. Robert Taylor recently retired from the University of Memphis and was granted Emeritus Status, primarily for his efforts to develop the leadership talents of his students through the MILE (Memphis Institute for Leadership Education) Leadership Mentoring Program, which he co-founded in 2007.

Célia Rousset, M.Sc.

Célia Rousset works at atrain GmbH as a Senior Consultant and Key Account Manager. During her studies, she participated in the Master's Programme in European Human Resource Management (EHRM) at LUISS Business School (ITA), EMLYON Business School (FRA) and Radboud University (NED). She obtained her Master of Science in Management / Diplome Grande Ecole from EMLYON Business School. Current research focuses on organisational and human resource development, leadership & management, coaching and learning agility.

Dr. Felix-Michael Weber

Dr. Felix-Michael Weber has been a guest lecturer at KUEI since 2013. He completed his doctorate in the field of control and financing of family businesses at the Private University of Witten-Herdecke and studied business administration with a focus on financing and human resources & organisation at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, EDHEC in Lille and Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires. Dr. Felix-Michael Weber has been a partner in the investment company Elephant Equity GmbH since 2006 and finances numerous growth companies in the cleantech sector, especially renewable energy and recycling. Dr. Felix-Michael Weber is also a board member of the Maecenata Foundation, a think tank with a focus on civil society, civic engagement & philanthropy, as well as a major supporter of the Maecenata Institute, the Tocqueville Forum and Centre for Humanitarian Action in Berlin.

Dr. Robert Eirich

Dr. Robert Eirich completed his doctorate in the fields of organisation design and digital innovations at the chair of Professor Ringlstetter. Prior to that, he studied business administration with a focus on strategy, organisation and innovation at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (B.Sc.) and at Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität in Munich (M.Sc.). Stays abroad during his studies took him to Boston College in the USA and the University of Alberta in Canada. Dr. Robert Eirich has been working at Roland Berger Consulting in the Automotive Competence Center since 2015. Here he is primarily concerned with future sales models, new mobility services and strategic issues in the automotive aftermarket and with the digitalisation of the industry.
