Welcome to the Chair of BA, Organization and Human Resources

The Chair of Business Administration, Organization and Human Resources at WFI deals with central issues relating to strategy and personnel management in companies in research and teaching. The focus is on the development of scientifically sound, practice-oriented solution concepts for organizations with the aim of analyzing current problems from corporate practice, reflecting on them theoretically and transferring new findings back into practice.

The Chair's areas of expertise include Organization & Strategy, Digital Platform Companies, Human Resource Management, Professional Service Firms, Change Management and Organizational Behavior. These topics are also reflected in the courses, such as Corporate Management, Strategic Management or Benchmarking & Positioning in Strategic Management.

The Team of the Chair

The Chair sees one of its essential tasks in the development of scientifically sound solution concepts for management practice in organisations. This application orientation requires making the problem areas of corporate practice the subject of scientific reflection and teaching and bringing new research results into practice. The focus is on the joint development of solutions for concrete (and current) problems in business practice on a scientific basis. We see ourselves as an attractive and valuable partner for business practice.
