Organisation, Strategy and Corporate Development

In the course of economic and social evolution, the corporate group has distinguished itself as an extremely successful phenomenon. For example, about 90% of the German public limited companies and about half of the German private companies are in corporate groups or at least in group-like connections.

We want to do justice to this growing importance of the corporate group by making a contribution to solving the problem of how to successfully shape the development of corporate groups in the long term and strategically. The focus here is on overarching framework concepts that address the central issues of strategy, structure and business systems.
